Welcome to the Holy Trinity Mothers' Union!

Mothers' Union is a World Wide Anglican Organisation promoting the well being of families throughout the World. To be a member you must have been Baptised in the name of the Holy Trinity and support the aims of the society.

"A Lively Faith
in Jesus
Christ"

If ball-point pens keep dropping through your
letterbox and you want to
put them to good use, pop them in the box at the back
of church. They will be
kept in the church office
so if anyone is visiting a
third-world country they can take some with
them to give to the children who are short of writing equipment.

The Mothers' Union meets on the second Thursday of each month. Please do come and join us!

News and Diary Dates
The MU Deanery Festival was very well attended.  The new Area Dean, Colette Thornborough, participated in the Communion Service and Margaret Houghton, the MU Diocesan President, addressed the congregation. Afterwards, ninety years of MU in Formby were celebrated with a cake and refreshments.

On Thursday 10th July Wakefield Ladies will join us for a Strawberries & Bubbly afternoon at 2.00pm in the Main Hall (tickets £1).  Also a MU Coffee Morning will be held in the Workshop on Saturday 23rd August between 9.00am and 12.00 noon.  All are welcome!

Our next outing is at Childwall Abbey, with a meal, on Thursday 14th August. The annual MU Rally will be at Crosby Civic Centre on Monday 15th September at 6.30 pm.  Tickets (£2) available from Pam Briggs.
