Holy Trinity Mothers' Union
Mothers' Union is a World Wide Anglican Organization promoting the
well being of families throughout the World. To be a member you must
have been Baptized in the name of the Holy Trinity and support the
aims of the society.
The Mothers' Union meets on the second Thursday of each month. Please do come and join us!
July/August
There will be a picnic on Ainsdale beach for all the family. This
is on Sunday, 4th July between 1.0 and 4.0 pm. There will be a shuttle
service from the trains. A Messy sandcastle competition, a Messy rounders
tournament and various activities will tale place. A family flag can
be made beforehand and brought along. Children must be accompanied.
Names need to be in early for Health & Safety reasons so contact Jill
Brown via the Church Office, if interested, as a Booking Form will
be needed.
The MU will be meeting for a Strawberries & Bubbly afternoon to be held in Val Skinner's garden on Thursday, 8th July, at 2pm, but in the Jubilee Hall if a wet day. Hats are optional. £2 for admission. Bring & Buy Sale.
Margaret Houghton, Diocesan MU President, will be re-commissioned on Saturday, 17th July, at 3pm in L'pool Cathedral.
There will be an MU Coffee Morning in the Workshop on Saturday, 28th August, from 9am until noon. Donations for Bring & Buy and Cake Stall welcomed.
